Just ask 😊 ---- FAQs ---- 1.) What is a plumb-less & jet- less pedicure chair? - Jet-less means my pedicure chair does not have a whirlpool effect with water running through a jet. - Plumb-less means there is no plumbing in the suite nor is there any plumbing hooked up to the pedicure chair. - With plumbed pedicure chairs, there are jets, pipes and discharge pipes that have water running through them. - If plumbed pedicure chairs are not flushed and properly cleaned and disinfected between clients, dirty/used water & debris can be left in the pipes and jets posing risk of cross-contamination between clients. - Because of the nature of pedicures I perform, I use a plumb-less and jet-less setup where I fill the Pedi bowl with water from containers that get cleaned after every client with hospital grade disinfectant. - My Pedi bowl has a water temperature maintainer and vibration plate instead of a jet. - Also, my Pedi bowl has disposable double liners that go directly into the trash after every client so clients NEVER share the same disposable Pedi bowl as another client. 2.) How long have you been doing nails? - I have had my nail license since 2021 and I went to nail school in Florida where sanitation requirements were more strict for nail technicians and our education for nails was more in detail then what I have witnessed here in Ohio. 3.) Can I schedule an appointment outside of your hours/days? - Yes! However, I only take one client on days that are outside of my schedule. 4.) Can I bring a guest? - Yes! I allow one extra person to be with you at your appointment. Unfortunately, my suite is too small to hold anymore people. 5.) What's the youngest age you will perform nail services on? - I will NOT perform any artificial nail enhancements on minors under the age of 18. - I will do Basic and Spa Mani/Pedis on minors under the age of 18 with parental or guardian consent and signage of forms.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reminder - if you are coming in with product on your nails, you need to book a removal with your service. Please go back and do so!! Also, don't forget your Add-ons!! A card needs to be on file in order to book with me. I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of your appointment time. 10 minute grace period for all appointments; anything beyond that, will be considered a no-show and subject to the cancellation fee. If you are running late or can't make your appointment for some reason, please communicate with me to see if we can figure something out to avoid getting charged the cancellation fee!! If you’re getting multiple services (add-ons or removals), please make sure to book those services along with your initial service. I take these types of payments: Cash, Debit & Credit Cards NO REFUNDS for Services Rendered or Cancellation Fees - NO EXCEPTIONS I can refuse service for any reason. ✨ Meticulous Pedicure Clients ✨ I CANNOT service anyone who has extremely dry/ peeling or raw skin on their feet/legs/hands. This will have to heal before services are rendered. If you have this condition on your feet/legs, you MAY have extreme athletes foot but do not know it because it doesn't itch. I have a product I can recommend for this to help. I CANNOT service anyone who has any open wounds, sores, or warts on their feet/legs/hands. If you have any of these conditions and you come in to get a service done, I will have to refuse service and charge the 50% cancellation fee. To avoid this: please reach out to me if you are not sure about the condition of your feet/legs/hands!! Remember, I am just a nail technician. I can only do so much within my scope of practice. I can only suggest or recommend products and only suggest what you MAY have going on with your feet/legs/hands. I can't diagnose anyone with anything. I am not a doctor. I do not claim to be a doctor. If there is something I cannot do within my scope of practice, you will have to go and see a podiatrist/doctor.
